Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri’s PencakSilat team won bronze medal in the recently held All India Inter University PencakSilat championship 2018-2019.
Vice-Chancellor of BGSB University Prof Javed Musaratcongratulated the PencakSilat team of the varsity. The championship was hostedby Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar Punjab from March 19-22.
Suhail Ahmad Baba a B. Tech 5th semester civil engineeringstudent won bronze medal in 70-80 Kg weight category, who was also captain ofthe Pencaksilat team. In the event 32 teams from all over the countryparticipated in both men and women category under the aegis of the Associationof Indian Universities.
