Cooch Behar Trophy: J&K v/s Himachal; Himachal Pradesh tightens grip on match

After getting J&K out cheaply in first inning, hosts Himachal Pradesh tightened its grip on match by ending second days play on 553 runs for the loss of seven wickets in first inning in the match of Under-19 Cooch Behar Trophy at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Cricket Stadium, Amtar on Wednesday.

At end of second days play, Himachal were on 553 runs for the loss of seven wickets with the first inning lead of 325 runs. They still have three wickets in hand AS Jamwal batting on the score of 105 runs alongwith Kartikey Chopra on 61.  Mkohammad Arsalan was another centurion for the hosts getting out after scoring 106 runs. For J&K, Brijesh took three wickets while as Umar Majeed took two.

   

Earlier in its first inning J&K had scored 228 runs. Umar majeed with 76 was highest scorer for them while as Junaid Farooq scored 60 and Vivrant.
