The two-day refresher course for the referees of J&K State organized by J&K Football Association was inaugurated at Synthetic Turf TRC, Srinagar on Sunday.
Around 50 referees are participating and the main aim of thecourse is to update the referees with the latest amendments in the rules andregulations of refereeing.
