Mr. Anantnag-2018 body building championship was held at Degree College Qazigund Anantnag on Sunday in which 35 players from Anantnag district participated. The completion was held in different weight categories.
Tanzeel Hassan won the Mr. Anantnag-2018 title while as Javid Ahmad emerged as the runner-up.
In 55-kilogram category, Javid Ahmad, Abrar Manzoor bagged first and second place, while as in 60 kilogram category, Latief Ahmad Wani and Shakir Ahmad bagged first and second positions respectively. In 65-kilogram category, Zubair Bashir, Bilal Ahmad Dar and Junaid bagged first, second and third position respectively. Tanzeel Hassan, Arfat Amin and Khurshid Ahmad Dar bagged first three positions respectively in 70-kilogram category.
Principal Degree College Anantnag, Dr. Peer Maqsood was the chief guest and among other dignitaries, Secretary General of the Kashmir Body Building Association – Feroz Shah was present on the occasion.
