The Indian cricket team, right now touring the West Indies, has been keeping a tab on whatever has been happening at Rio Olympics. Captain Virat Kohli said that the team followed the Games in the evening whenever they had time. Talking about his own favourite disciplines, Virat said, "I like swimming and diving. Then, track and field is everyone's most favourite event."

Virat informed that everyone in the team was glued on to Usain Bolt's events. "We're thinking that since we're travelling on 14th (August), we'll miss Bolt's event as he is running that day. But some of my teammates have already have the timings sorted out on what time we would reach the hotel and what time is Bolt's event. They have told us we won't miss it."

Virat added, "We're not Olympic athletes but as athletes, we have interest in these events. There is nothing bigger than Olympics so it's a different kind of excitement that it creates."
