Police Public School lifts Friendship Cup 2024

Srinagar, Mar 28: The boy’s volleyball team from Police Public School (PPS) Bemina emerged victorious at the prestigious CRPF Open Volleyball Tournament ‘Friendship Cup 2024’ held in Srinagar. The hard-fought final saw them defeat the Budgam Volleyball Club in a thrilling encounter.

The week-long tournament, organised by the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), witnessed participation from various professional volleyball teams from across the region. The matches were held at the CRPF Campus Ground in Srinagar amidst a celebratory atmosphere.

   

In the final clash, the young talents from PPS Bemina displayed exceptional skill and teamwork to outclass the experienced Budgam Volleyball Club. Their superior strategy and coordination on the court earned them the coveted Friendship Cup 2024 title.

The chief guest, Ajay Yadav, IPS, Inspector General of CRPF, graced the occasion and presented the winning trophy to the PPS Bemina team amid thunderous applause from the spectators. He commended the participants for their sporting spirit and the organisers for conducting the tournament smoothly.
