Pune City FC appoints team manager from Srinagar

The Indian Super League (ISL) football team side Pune City FC has appointed State Football Academy (SFA) official Salman Mir as assistant team manager for their Club for the season 2019.

Hailing from Baghat Barzulla, Srinagar, Salman is the first team manager from Kashmir province who has been appointed on such position in Indian professional football circuit.

   

Earlier, Salman has been associated with SFA as a team manager besides that he has also served ?other clubs of Kashmir like Real Kashmir Football Club, and Lonestar Kashmir Football ?Club as a team manager and assistant team manager respectively.?

He has also served in Second Division I-League as a team manager for Universal Football Academy and as an Assistant Coach for Challenger Novelty FA.

Presently Salman is associated with State Football Academy of Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council and will continue serving in SFA until June.

While expressing his happiness, Salman said that it is dream come true for him to join hands with one of the renowned clubs of India. He said that SFA has played a crucial role in his success.
