Record partnership for J&K

 During their 126-run stand for the opening wicket during run chase against Nagaland for J&K in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, openers broke two records in T20 cricket for J&K.

The 126-run stand between Jatin Wadhwan and Abdul Samad is now highest partnership for any wicket for J&K in T20. The previous record was 109 run-stand between Bandeep Singh and Syed Sagar for eighth wicket against Haryana in 2013.

   

In the process the duo also broke highest opening partnership for J&K. The previous best was 75 run-stand between Adil Reshi and Ian Dev Singh in 2015 against Delhi.
