Srinagar: J&K senior football team suffered defeat in its second match of the 75th Santosh Trophy North Zone group as they were defeated by Services at Sports Complex , Chandigarh on Tuesday. After having played a draw against hosts Chandigarh in its first match of the group, J&K played its second match against Services .
In the match, Services outplayed J&K by 3-0 goals. T Krishnakanta Singh scored the first goal of the match in the fourth minute for Services and in the 19th minute Pintu Mahata made it 2-0 for Services.
At halftime, Services was leading 2-0. In the second half, Services scored their third goal in the 60th minute through Vivek Kumar. After that no goal was scored and Services emerged winner by 3-0 goals.
It was the second consecutive win for Services side in the tournament while as J&K is yet to taste a win. Sunil B was adjudged as man of the match.
