The U-16 Shadaab Inter-School cricket is in full swing with quarterfinals played at Shadaab cricket ground Malabagh, Hazratbal on Monday.
In the first quarterfinal of the event, New Convent School defeated Caset School by eight wickets. Batting first Caset School scored 116 runs. In reply New Convent chased target in 11th over. Aizaz was named man of the match for his all-round performance.
In the second match Sanctorum School defeated Tender ones school by 9 wickets.
In another match of the day, SSM Higher Secondary School defeated New Bonivant. Battling first SSM School scored 145 in 20 overs. In reply New Bonivant got all out for 78. Principal of Shadab Higher Secondary School interacted with both the teams and wished them good luck.
