SP Model Higher Secondary School organized its annual road race from SP School, MA Road to Botanical Garden here on Thursday.
In the event around 100 students participated. Waqar Ahmadfinished first while as AnisMushtaq finished second. Syed Abdul Basit finishedthird.
The prize distribution ceremony was held later at schoolauditorium. Chief Education Officer Srinagar Naseer Ahmad Malik and PrincipalReyaz Ahmad Sidiqui were guests on the occasion.
CEO Srinagar on the occasion praised such initiative by the schoolmanagement to conduct co-curricular activities which is an important facet ofeducation and grooms students to earn name and fame in the field of sports.
