The inter departmental employees table tennis tournament concluded at Islamic University of Science and Technology(IUST) at Awantipora, the statement from the university said on Thursday. It said the tournament was organized by Directorate of Physical Education and Sports, IUST.
The final of the tournament was played between Prof. AH Moon Dean School of Engineering and Technology, and Zahoor Ahmad Lab Assistant Department of Physics, which was won by the later.
On the occasion Vice Chancellor IUST Prof. Mushtaq A Siddiqi was chief guest and Registrar IUST Prof. Naseer Iqbal was guest of honour, it mentioned.
Prof. Siddiqi lauded the efforts of the University’s Physical Education Department for conducting such kinds of tournaments, it said.
