J&K were bundled out for 228 runs in their first inning by hosts Himachal Pradesh on the first day of the Under-19 Cooch Behar Trophy tournament match at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Cricket Stadium, Amtar on Tuesday.
Batting first , J&K were bundled out in 58.2 overs in their first inning. Junaid Farooq with 60 was highest scorer for them while as Vivrant scored 47. For Himachal AS Jamwal took five wicket while as AA Walia took three.
In reply Himachal Pradesh were on 141 runs without any lose of wicket at the end of days play. Mohammad Arslan was batting on 77 runs while as Karmanya R Verma was batting on 53 runs. They trail J&K by 87 runs with 10 wickets in hand.
