Wasn’t an easy game as suggested by 6-1 scoreline: Real Kashmir coach

Real Kashmir FC coach David Robertson said that he is happy to see everything coming together in the game but it was not as easy to beat Lajong FC as suggested by 6-1 score line.

“We have been playing well and at times results have not gone in our favor. Today everything came together and worked for us we beat Lajong FC. To get full three points in our last home game before we start away journey was important and I am glad we did that,” Robertson said.

“It was not as easy game and win as suggested by 6-1 score. They played really well and were tough opponents to be against. They are the side who have conceded goals but have also scored goals against teams. In our conditions they found it hard to cope in and we went on to win the game,” he said.

Robertson praised his players and said that it is good headache for him to see close competition among players for the first place in team.

“When we started our journey in league I told everyone what I want them to do. That is what is happening in the team. Today everyone saw what Shahnawaz Bashir could do when he is on the field. Same is case with others and there is tough healthy competition for places inside the dressing room. It is a big headache for any coach but luckily a good headache,” he added.
