Law Society at Kashmir University's Department of Law on Wednesday awarded position holders of recent essay competition on traffic management.
The competition was held on the theme "Traffic Management System: Problems and suggestions for improvement."
At the award ceremony, SSP Traffic Srinagar Maqsood-ul-Zamaan interacted with students and distributed prizes among the position holders.
The event started with welcome address by Prof Muhammad Ayub, Head and Dean, Faculty of Law. Others present on the occasion included Dr. Muhammad Hussain, Dr Fareed A Rafique, Chairman, Law Society, Dr S.A. Bhat Incharge Law Society and all faculty members.
First five position holders of the competition included: Rahil Habib of Kashmir Law College; Nissar Ahmad Bhat (2nd position; Anam Mushtaq of Faculty of Law (3rd position); Safura from Vitasta School of Law & Humanities (4th position), and Tassaduq Suhail of Faculty of Law (5th position.)
