SP College to hold Science conference on August 18, 19

Officials said more than 200 scholars and teachers have registered with their presentations for participation in the conference. Experts from Jawahar Lal Nehru University, Delhi University, IIT-Roorkee, JNDU like reputed national institutions are scheduled to attend the event.
The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kashmir is the patron of the event. The Department of Tourism is co-sponsoring the program. Dignitaries including the Minister for Education, Minister for Public Works, Minister of State for Education, Commissioner Higher Education, Commissioner School Education, Director, Tourism (Kashmir), Chairman, JK Bose, and journalists are scheduled to participate in this academic endeavour.
The principal of the college said the event will be a useful platform for the researchers in general and the students in particular for meaningful deliberations on the emerging research trends in all fields of science. Pertinently, the Minister for Education, Nayeem Akhter, during his visit of the college on August 13 had impressed upon the college faculty to make optimal use of the college resources for extending services to the society at large.
