The Civil secretariat re-opened partially in Srinagar onMonday with the Lieutenant Governor, J&K GC Murmu inspecting the ceremonialguard of honour.
The secretariat opened partially after functioning for sixmonths in Jammu as part of the biennial Darbar Move.
In view of Covid-19 pandemic, the civil secretariat in Jammuis also functioning, with the employees directed to work “as is where isbasis”.
