Srinagar, June 17: A cyclist was killed in a road accident near PC depot at Qamarwari area of here late last evening.
Reports said that the cyclist identified as Farooq Ahmad Teli, resident of Nowhatta at present PC Depot was critically injured after being hit by an unknown truck near PC depot on Friday evening.
They said he was rushed to SMHS hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival. Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
