Srinagar, Aug 24: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Mohammad Aijaz Asad today visited Lasjan area in Panthachowk Tehsil of the District and presided over a Public Grievance Redressal camp during weekly Block Diwas.
Vice Chairman, District Development Council, Srinagar, Bilal Ahmad, DDC member Lasjan, Afroza Bano, DDC member Khonmoh, Ajaz Ahmad other PRI members and people of Lasjan, Soiteng, Gundbal, Baginder and other adjoining areas were part of the Public Grievance Redressal Camp.
While District Programme Officer, ICDS, General Manager DIC, Chief Planning Officer, Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, Chief Medical officer, District Panchayat Officer, Tehsildar Panthachowk, Block Development Officer, District Mineral Officer, Assistant Commissioner Labour, Lead District Manager and other District Officers were also present at the event. On the occasion, scores of public delegations, individuals projected various issues and demands before the DC including upgradation and macadamization of link road, strengthening of Health Centre, augmentation of Water supply in the area, installation of ATM facility, providing of ambulance and transfer of inner roads for maintenance to R&B and providing of playground in the area.
