National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah visited the shrine of Hazrat Sheikh Hamza Makhdoom (RA) to offer his obeisance on the annual Urs observance.
Dr Farooq prayed for everlasting peace and harmony in the state. “People of Jammu and Kashmir have always benefited from the teachings of Awliya who educated the masses here with Quran, Tazkiyatul Nafas and other virtues,” he said.
