Srinagar, Jan 22: A civilian was injured in a grenade attack in the Eidgah area of Srinagar on Sunday, police said.
A police official said that Ajaz Ahmed Deva S/o Abdul Rasheed Deva aged 32 years R/o Sangam, Srinagar, suffered a minor splinter injury after terrorists lobbed a grenade in the Eidgah area.
Deva, he said, was shifted to a hospital where he is out of danger.
The official said an operation has been launched to catch the culprit(s).
