Shaher-e-Khaas Traders Coordination Committee Wednesday appealed Commissioner Srinagar Municipal Corporation to press additional number of workers into service for to improve sanitation in Downtown in view of Coronavirus threat.
Chairman of the committee, Nazir Ahmad Shah said thatCoronavirus threat needs to be dealt with due precautions.
In a statement here, Shah said that sanitation must beheightened in public places especially at busy markets in Downtown.
The committee has also appealed Health Department to deputemedical teams in Downtown.
It has further appealed authorities to take all necessaryprecautionary measures in view of Coronavirus threat.
