People visit Altaf Bukhari’s Srinagar residence to condole his mother’s demise

People from different walks of life on Wednesday visited the house of MLA Amira Kadal and former finance minister Syed Muhammad Altaf Bukhari at Sheikh Bagh here to condole demise of his mother Hafiza Begum. 

The visitors included politicians, civil society members and traders. National Conference vice president and former chief minister Omar Abdullah led a party delegation to Bukhari’s residence to condole the demise. 

   

The NC delegation comprised of Devender Singh Rana, Nasir Aslam Wani, Nazir Gurezi, Ali Muhammad Dar, Qaiser Jamsheed Lone, Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar, Shamima Firdous, Muhammad Altaf Kuloo, Javid Rana, Abdul Majid Larmi, Mubarak Gul, Showkat Hussain Ganaie. They offered Fateha for the departed soul and conveyed their sympathies with the bereaved family. Bukhari’s mother passed away on 6 July after prolonged illness. She was laid to rest at Ladoora Rafiabad in Baramulla district..
