Srinagar, Jan 28: A policeman escaped unhurt in an attack by militants at Batamaloo area here.
Police said search operation is underway to nab the attackers.
The incident took place in SD Colony Batamaloo on Friday late afternoon when militants opened fire on a cop with a Pistol from point-blank range.
“Terrorist managed to escape and CASO is underway in the area,” police said.
