The Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) medical college/hospital has kept two ambulances available for ferrying critically ill patients.
“To overcome difficulties faced by critically ill patients due to inclement weather and in case of need for transporting them to hospital we have kept two ambulances available,” said an official statement.
