Commuters have expressed concern over presence of large number of stray dogs at Residency Road during evening.
A delegation of commuters said the stray dogs chase pedestrians and bikers posing risk of accidents. “It is ironical that stray dogs in large numbers are present in one of the busiest areas of Srinagar. We appeal the SMC authorities to take measures for controlling the growing population of stray dogs at Residency Road and its adjoining areas,” they said.
