A two day National Workshop on Remote Sensing and GIS for Natural Resource and Environmental Management concluded today at SP College Srinagar.
The workshop was organised by the Department of Environment & Water Management and PG Department of Environmental Science of SP College Srinagar in collaboration with Department of Ecology, Environment and Remote Sensing J&K.
50 delegates representing department of Higher Education and departement of Remote Sensing and also around 100 P. G. students participated in the workshop.
At the end of the workshop a valedictory function was organised in the auditorium of the college which was graced by Prof. Yaseen Ahmad Shah registrar Cluster University Srinagar, Prof. Manzoor Ahamad Lone principal S. P. College Srinagar, Ghulam Hassan Mir Mass Media Officer JKDEERS Srinagar, Zahoor Ahamad Mir DFO, JKDEERS Srinagar and Dr. Yunus Ali Assistant Professor Dept. of Remote Sensing and GIS AMU, Aligarh.
