Bandipora: 11th class students miss exam, appeal JKBOSE to conduct it afresh

Several students of class 11th in north Kashmir’s Bandipora on Wednesday appealed to the Jammu and Kashmir state board of school education (JKBOSE) to conduct their exam of political science subject afresh as they missed the paper due to change in timing.

The students said they were unaware of the change in examination timings.

“On 29th September, we appeared for the examination of General English of class 11th which was held at 2 pm as per the date sheet issued by board authorities. But today we were not aware that the exam timing has been changed from 2pm to 10am. The exam has already concluded when we reached at the test centre,” said Humaira, a student of class 11th.

She said the invigilators expressed their inability to help them.

They said that they were not aware about the change in timing and went to appear for exam as per the old timing issued by board authorities.

The students appealed to the secretary board to look into the matter and conduct their exam afresh.
