College student among 5 injured in separate accidents

A college going girl and four other persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Rajouri district today.

As per reports, a picnic bus of Government Post Graduate College Rajouri was on way to Rajouri from Noori Chamb.

   

When the bus reached near Manyal Gali at Thanamandi, a girl slipped from the bus and fell on road receiving serious injuries.

She has been identified as Asma Jabeen daughter of Aurangzeb, aged 19 years, and resident of Darhal Malikan.

Injured girl was shifted to District Hospital Rajouri from where she has been referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu for advanced treatment. 

Police have also registered a case in the matter.

In another accident, a car bearing registration number JK02T -3891, which was on its way to Gambhir Mughlan from Rajouri, met with an accident near Manjakote. 

Four persons sustained injuries and were shifted to local hospital and later referred to Rajouri District Hospital where they are undergoing treatment. 

 They have been identified as Abdul Rashid, Gulzar Begum, Arfan Rasheed and Misba Kouser, all residents of Gambhir Mughlan.
