Srinagar, June 13: Police today fined 292 persons for violating COVID SOPs and realized a fine of Rs 1,22,050 from them in the summer capital.
“Srinagarites have been time and again requested to follow all COVID related SOPs strictly, and cooperate with police and administration in containing the spread of the virus.
The drive against the violators will be carried out throughout the district in order to ensure that the people follow the guidelines issued by the government during the pandemic,” police spokesperson said in a statement.
