Jammu, June 30: Jammu Police have begun a census to ascertain the suspicious persons and check the identity of the tenants in downwards areas from Satwari following repeated sighting of drones from the last several days.
“We have requested the people to get verification of their tenants from the police,” an official said.
Meanwhile, a senior official in administration said that: “As of now, there is no ban on use of drones in Jammu District. Even as it is a security issue, we can’t put a blanket ban. However, we are still considering what will be the responsible course of action.”
