2 IAS, JKAS officers get postings

Jammu: The government on Monday posted IAS officers Mandeep Kaur and Vijay Kumar Bidhuri as Commissioner/Secretary departments of Planning, Development and Monitoring and Revenue respectively.

Their postings relieved Principal Secretary Home Shaleen Kabra and Administrative Secretary Higher Education department Sushma Chauhan of their additional charges.

Through a separate order, the government transferred Mehmood Ahmad Shah, JKAS, Director, Handloom and Handicrafts, Kashmir and posted him as Director, Industries and Commerce, Kashmir, with immediate effect relieving Tazayun Mukhtar, JKAS, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (S&M), Kashmir of the additional charge.

As per GAD order, Mandeep Kaur, IAS (AGMUT:2004), awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring department, relieving Sushma Chauhan, IAS, Administrative Secretary, Higher Education Department of the additional charge of the post.

Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, IAS (AGMUT:2005), awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Revenue department, relieving Shaleen Kabra, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department of the additional charge of the post, with immediate effect.

Through a separate order, GAD Commissioner Manoj Kumar Dwivedi effected the transfer of Mehmood Ahmad Shah, JKAS, Director, Handloom and Handicrafts, Kashmir. “Shah has been posted as Director, Industries and Commerce, Kashmir, with immediate effect, relieving Tazayun Mukhtar, JKAS, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (S&M), Kashmir of the additional charge of the post. He shall also hold charge of the posts of Director, Handloom & Handicrafts, Kashmir, Executive Director, J&K Entrepreneurship Development Institute and Director, J&K EDI, in addition to his own duties, till further orders,” Dwivedi ordered.
