Srinagar: The Meteorological (MeT) Department forecast has said that Jammu and Kashmir is likely to receive a 4-day wet spell from May 21.

In the weather forecast, MeT said there is possibility of a slight respite from the hot weather, mainly in Jammu region from May 21, as a spell of light to moderate rain is likely to occur in the region.

However, the MeT has ruled out possibility of any heavy rainfall in the UT.

The MeT officials said temperatures are again likely to rise from May 25 onwards.
