Kupwara: Army Goodwill school Krusan Saturday organised annual alumni meet. Scores of successful pass-out students participated in it.
A new 10 room building was also inaugurated as part of infrastructure development so as to accommodate more students and reach out to the young minds of Lolab valley.
The programme was attended by Chief Education Officer Kupwara Abdul Hameed Fani, Additional Superintendent of Police Kupwara, Sub Divisional Magistrate Lolab Ajaz Ahmad and other senior civil and police officers.
Speaking on the occasion Chief Education Officer, Kupwara said that AGS Krusan has indeed done well to impart quality education among the downtrodden children of Lolab valley.
“Army Goodwill School, Krusan has created a facilitating environment that enables effective learning and has successfully prepared children for future endeavours towards nation building," he further added.
Later a cultural programme was presented by students studying in AGS Krusan. The pass-out students revealed success stories to boost their juniors so that they could also achieve heights in terms of their career.
