Bhaderwah girl secures 2nd position in 12th class medical stream

Bhaderwah: AyraBano of KotliBhaderwah secured second position in the 12th class medical stream for the summer zone getting 489 marks out of 500.

Daughter of Muhammad Aslam Dar and Shaheena Begum, she is a student of SP Smart School Jammu.

   

Arya thanked the school administration and her parents for their support especially during Covid-19.

She said that amid Covid-19, her teachers guided her a lot and she was able to follow a systematic routine for thorough studies due to the support of her parents.

“Both these factors allowed me to concentrate on my studies and score good marks. I also made it a point to focus on revision and mock tests that helped me score better,” Arya said.

She wants to become a doctor and has already started preparation for MBBS entrance exams.

Her parents said that they were proud of their daughter who secured the second position amid Covid-19 and online studies.

Her father, who is a head constable in J&K Police, said that he was happy over the success and achievement of his daughter.

“It became possible only due to her dedication and commitment with full support of her teachers and her mother,” he said.

The class 12 results of J&K Board of School Education for the summer zone were announced on Sunday.

Monika Bala daughter of Ghansarasingh and Lalta Devi of JawalapurBonjwahKishtwar topped the medical stream securing 494 marks out of 500.

She is the student of Government Higher Secondary School Canal Road Jammu.

Another student from BhadarwahDuaZargar, daughter of Muhammad AyoubZargar and RukhsanaZargar fetched 487 marks out of 500. Chairman District Development Council DodaDhanantar Singh Kotwal congratulated all the successful students.
