Srinagar: The Crime Branch Kashmir (CBK) has produced chargesheet in a court here against an accused for providing forged appointment orders to gullible people against monetary considerations.
According to statement CBK, the chargesheet in case FIR No. 15/2016 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 201 RPC of P/S CBK was produced before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar against the accused Abdul Hamid Dar of Kakavthal Kreei, Baramulla presently living at Chinar Colony, HMT Mustafabad Srinagar.
He was allegedly providing fake and forged appointment orders purported to have been issued by the Chief Conservator of Forests to gullible people against monetary considerations.
“During the course of the investigation, it was established that the accused prepared fake appointment orders and provided the same to one Rafakat Hussian Manhas of Kamalkote, Uri, Baramulla and grabbed Rs two lakh from him. The accused has also cheated and grabbed Rs 3.50 lakh from one Tariq Ahmad Sofi of Arampora, Qamarwari for providing the government job,” the press note said.
