The security forces on Monday claimed to have recovered a suspected explosive material in Pattan area along Srinagar-Baramulla highway.
Officials told the news agency KNO that an explosive material was spotted by the Road Opening Party (ROP) of Army at Kutta mode in Pattan today morning.
The material, as per the officials, was defused later successfully by the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS), 29 RR, CRPF and Police.
However, there was no loss of life or property in the incident.
