Residents of Shamaswari Khanqah-e-Moula in Downtown decried low voltage in their area and demanded additional transformer.
A delegation from the area said a transformer caters to three localities resulting in frequent snapping of LT-lines and supply of low voltage.
Residents of the area said due to low voltage, they are unable to operate their electric appliances.
“For over a decade, we have been moving from to pillar to post to get additional transformer but to no avail. We make a fervent appeal to chief engineer PDD to look into the matter,” they said.
