Law officers of Srinagar wing of HC allocated deptts

State government on Tuesday allotted departments amongst 20 law officers of the Srinagar wing of the High Court.

As per an order, Bashir Ahmed Dar, senior additional advocate general was allotted home, estate, law justice and parliamentary affairs, agriculture, horticulture and hospitality and protocol departments; Nissar Hussain Shah, senior additional advocate general, was allotted school education, revenue, Haj and auqaf and rural development departments; Javaid Iqbal, senior additional advocate general, was allotted general administration department, vigilance organisation and IMPA; Mushtaq Ahmed Chasoo, was allotted PW (R&B), tourism departments and J&K Cable Car Corporation Limited; Asifa Padroo, additional advocate general, was allotted forest, housing and urban development departments, LAWDA, architect organization and chief town planner; Showkat Hussain Naqashbandi, additional advocate general, was allotted tribal affairs department, SICOP and JKPCC, Shah Amir, additional advocate general was allotted health and medical education department, SKIMS and BOPEE; Suhail, additional advocate general was asked to deal with litigations of labour and employment department and service selection board; Irfan Andleeb, deputy advocate general will deal with litigations of PHE, I&FC and J&KSPDC, Farah Bashir, deputy advocate general, was allotted cooperative, fisheries and sericulture departments; Feroz Ahmed Sheikh, deputy advocate general, was allotted social welfare and food civil, supplies and consume affairs departments; Asif Maqbool, government advocate, was asked to deal with litigations of higher education and civil aviation departments; Hakeem Aman Ali, government advocate, was allotted PDD, transport, J&KSRTC and ERA; Uthman Gani, government advocate, was allotted relief and rehabilitation, floriculture departments including garden and parks and Ladakh affairs departments; Sajed Rafi Ganie, advocate, was allotted industries and commerce, KVIB, animal and sheep husbandry and handloom departments; Akeel Ahmed Parde, government advocate, was asked to deal with planning, monitoring and development department; Muzzafar Kirmani, government advocate, was allotted department of culture and JKAACL; Mohmmad Rais Ud Din Ganai, government advocate, was asked to deal with litigations of ARI, training, SDA, ULB and government press; Bikram Deep Singh, was allotted science and technology and J&K agro industries departments and Sajjad Ashraf, government advocate, was allotted information technology, technical education, youth services and sports departments and SIDCO.
