Panic griped at Deputy Commissioner’s Office Pulwama district of south Kashmir’s on Wednesday afternoon after the rumours about the presence of Improvised Explosive Decide (IED) inside the building.
Employees inside the building were taken out and search has been intensified in the building, an eye witness said.
