The recurrence of such bloodshed raises a question mark on the prevailing security scenario in Kashmir.”

Condemning the incident, the NC vice president said, “The spurt in the incidents of targeted killings raises a big question mark on the security scenario in Kashmir, particularly in Srinagar city.
