Samba, Jan 7: Taking cognisance of gross violation of traffic safety norms by a Mini Bus by resorting to overloading and rash driving, the Motor Vehicle Department Samba has issued a show cause notice to the owner of the Passenger Vehicle.
As per the ARTO Samba, the action was initiated after a video clip was circulated in social media showing an overloaded vehicle bearing Reg No JK21B5245, with passengers hanging and sitting on the rooftop in gross violation of M.V Act 1988 and CMV Rules 1989.
