Srinagar, April 21: A man from West Bengal died in Kangan area of Ganderbal district on Sunday, an official said.
Quoting an official, news agency Kashmir Scroll reported that a non-local person who he identified as Som Marmu aged about 38 son of Leda Marmu, resident of Dodhe Kinder West Bengal suddenly went unconscious at Kangan.
He said that Marmu was shifted to SDH Kangan for treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead.
After the completion of medico legal formalities, further proceedings have been taken up, said the official.
