A group of 161 persons including students and othertravelers of different districts across Kashmir were sent to their homes aftercompleting their 14 days quarantine period on Monday.
An official said the group of 161 people was directlyshifted to quarantine centre from Srinagar airport on March 24 after theyreturned from outside states and foreign countries.
They were allowed to go home after they tested negative forCovid-19 after completing quarantine period.
Meanwhile, an official extended gratitude to the healthofficials, police personnel and district administration Srinagar for providingall facilities to the people during their quarantine period.
“We are thankful to health officials, police personnelwho remained attached to these quarantined people during this period,” aparent said.
“The district administration also provided all the facilities to them which is appreciable. We are thankful to them,” he said.
