A 27-year-old man was injured in an avalanche at Rangnar Behak in Ajas area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Saturday.
An official said that Mujeebur Reham son of Syed Rehman of Rangnar was injured after the snow slide hit him.
“He was rescued by the locals immediately after he received minor injuries. He was shifted to Sumbal hospital for treatment where his condition was stated to be stable,” he said.
