Five teachers of a government high school at Behki Margoona in Ganderbal district were suspended after they were found absent from their duty during a surprise inspection by chief education officer Ganderbal on Tuesday.
The chief education officer Sheikh Gayas ud din said the absentee teachers were placed under suspension with immediate effect.
