Two residents of southern Kashmir were detained on Monday in Rambandistrict of Jammu region, reports said.
Quoting a senior police officer, news agency PTI reported that ShoukatAhmad of Awantipora and Taufeeq Ahmad of Kulgam were arrested in Gool areaaround 3.30 am.
He said both of them are being interrogated.
