Mehroz and his friend set up YKRS in January 2022 as a non-profit organization consisting of over 30 skilled professors from universities and Degree Colleges across Kashmir.
Further, the guest speaker addressed related aspects of human capital including English-speaking ability and STEM education and their role in the labour market.
As part of the workshop, assignments were given to the participants to enhance their technology skills and prepare them for incorporating newness in their teaching practices.
The interaction was held as part of an interactive session series organised by the department.
These researchers include Prof. (Dr.) Zafar Ahmad Reshi and Associate Prof. (Dr). Irfan Rashid Kakroo, both working in the Department of Botany of University of Kashmir, and Dr. Pervaiz Ahmad Dar who is working as Assistant Professor at Department of Botany, Amar Singh College Srinagar.
The VC complimented the DIQA for holding the timely workshop.
A MoU was signed between CIED-SP College and JKST&IC by Principal Professor (Dr) Khurshid Ahmed Khan and Saurabh Bhagat, respectively, to further promote startup culture among students.
During the three days training program, the participants shared their experiences and also came up with the set of suggestions to ensure that safeguarding of children is prioritized in totality.
