Srinagar, Mar 3: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha Sunday expressed grief over the loss of lives in a landslide triggered by incessant rain in the Chassana area of Reasi.
In a condolence message, the LG said: “I am deeply anguished by the loss of lives in the tragic incident in Chassana, Reasi. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members who have lost their loved ones. I have directed the District administration to provide all necessary assistance.”
The LG also issued instructions to provide immediate relief to the families affected by heavy rains across J&K.
