Srinagar, Jan 1: Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday reported 169 new COVID-19 cases- 101 in Kashmir and 68 in Jammu-even as two new deaths were reported in Kashmir in the last 24 hours.
The case tally has risen to 3,41,459 while the death toll jumped to 4,530-2,331 in Kashmir and 2,199 in Jammu, officials said.
A total of 3,35,532 patients have recovered from the disease so far including the 107 in the last 24 hours.
Presently, there are 1,397 active cases in J&K- 927 in Kashmir and 470 in Jammu.
